OSHA Outreach 10-Hour Training Course
"OSHA 10"
The OSHA 10-hour Training teaches basic safety and health information to entry-level construction workers. This class is part of the OSHA Outreach Training Program, which includes information on serious workplace hazards, workers' rights, employer responsibilities and how to file an OSHA complaint.
The OSHA 10-hour construction training is appropriate for workers who perform new construction, alterations or repairs. If you work in any industry other than construction, agriculture or maritime, OSHA considers you a general industry worker and recommends the OSHA 10 General industry course. The OSHA 30-Hour Training is typically for supervisors and workers with any safety responsibilities.
Upon successful completion of the OSHA 10-hour training, you receive an official OSHA 10 Construction DOL plastic, wallet-sized card by mail. The OSHA 10 DOL card proves that you have completed 10 hours of OSHA-authorized training on critical workplace safety topics. You will have industry-specific knowledge and skills that keep workplaces safe and productive by helping prevent injuries.
The OSHA 10 card does not expire. Many employers require that you retake the course every three to five years to stay up-to-date with OSHA safety standards and refresh your knowledge, with many employers not accepting a card that is more than five years old.
OSHA Outreach 30-Hour Training Course
"OSHA 30"
The OSHA 30-hour Training prepares construction supervisors and workers to avoid workplace safety and health risks. This class is part of the OSHA Outreach Training Program, which includes information on general worksite safety, avoiding common hazards, understanding workers' rights, employer responsibilities and more.
The OSHA 30-hour construction training benefits supervisors and workers with safety roles, promoting safe and healthful work environments by training workers to identify, predict and avoid hazards in the workplace. The training includes a detailed overview of common risks of construction work, including fall hazards, caught-in or -between hazards, struck-by hazards and electrocution. This class is appropriate for workers who perform new construction, alterations or repairs. If you work in any industry other than construction, agriculture or maritime, OSHA considers you a general industry worker and recommends the OSHA 30 General industry course. The OSHA 10-Hour Training is typically for entry-level workers who do not have specific safety responsibilities for their role.

American Heart Association® (AHA) Heartsaver
First Aid CPR AED
For anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory or other requirements; or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting.
The participants who complete this training program will be certified by the American Heart Association® (AHA®) as a First Aid & CPR/AED Provider. You will learn to perform CPR and use an AED for adults, children, and infants and relieve choking in adults, children, and infants. You will also learn to manage illness and injury until professional help arrives. Includes general principles, medical emergencies, injury management, and environmental emergencies.
American Heart Association certification eCard (good for 2 years) provided.
