All certification cards for AHA classes are now electronic cards, or eCards. Nothing is mailed.
If You DO NOT Receive Your eCard:
To Retrieve Your eCard:
You will have access to your eCard via the link provided for the entire two years you are certified.
If you have Already Retrieved Your eCard:
heart.org/cpr/mycards
View your active and expired eCard(s) anytime. The "Student" is the person who the eCard was issued to. Your first and last names and email address that you enter in the "eCard Search" must match the name and email that your eCard was assigned to by the TC:
On the "Security Question" page, provide the case-sensitive answer to your Question.
Once you reach the "Hello, [Name]" page, you will see "My eCards" with your active eCards.
